How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Manufacturingmasters Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens after. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Manufacturingmasters Pest Control
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If Your Concern Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Manufacturingmasters Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you can also contact the agency that oversees pest control in Minnesota.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@manufacturingmasters.bond and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. Afterward, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
